On October 29th, City Montessori School,Asharfabad , painted a vibrant picture of a safe and eco-friendly Diwali. Students embraced the festive spirit with enthusiasm, participating in creative activities like rangoli making and diya decoration. These hands-on experiences not only fostered creativity but also celebrated the true essence of Diwali – joy, light, and togetherness.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome speech by Ms. Shephali Jaiswal, followed by a soulful school prayer and a melodious devotional song presented by Classes 4 and 5. The younger learners, from Pre-Primary and Primary classes, eloquently shared the significance of Diwali, while Class 3 brought the stage alive with the captivating skit “Ayodhya’s Light of Victory.” The cultural extravaganza continued with “Musical Moments” by Classes 4 and 5, and the dazzling “Sparkling Steps of Diwali” group dance performed by Class 4.
As the event drew to a close, the Respected Principal Ma’am delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, emphasizing the importance of celebrating Diwali responsibly and avoiding harmful crackers. By choosing a noise and pollution-free Diwali, we can ensure a safer and healthier environment for all.
